Register and book in to view your chosen property

Complete our information form and agree to terms. Also ensure that you can afford the property and the way this is calculated is that there needs to be an income of at least 30 times the monthly rental, this can be a combined wage of all tenants listed on the agreement.

Secure the Property with no more than one week’s equivalent of the monthly rent which will be refunded to you within the first month’s rent (terms with be presented within our information form)

Provide proof of identity (Passport) as well as a utility bill showing your name and address dated within the last 3 months.

Complete an online application form through our Reference and Credit Check Agency Rentshield Direct. Any tenant over the age of 18 years old will need to have a reference/credit check carried out on them as well as a Right to Rent Check

Pay a deposit equivalent to no more than five weeks of the monthly rent. (Deposits will be held in a Governed Deposit Scheme until the end of tenancy)

Pay your first months rent less the initial monies paid to secure the property

Once all checks have been deemed satisfactory, we will agree a move-in date and ensure the property is ready for move-in day

On move-in day you will come to our office in Hertford, sign the Tenancy Agreement along with other paperwork, collect the keys where the property will then officially be yours to rent.
